Display Blocked

I just started tinkering with RiseVision a few weeks ago for our school.  I have one display running off of a dedicated hardwired  laptop running the Chrome App.  I have a presentation including running during business hours (6am-10pm) that contains elements that need a refresh (AccuWeather widget, Twitter embedded widget, Google calendar embed code, and a series of pictures that are pulled of our public website).  During non business hours it switches to a presentation without a refresh.

I have used the <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="1800" > code to issue a refresh every 30 minutes.  Thus at the most it would be refreshing a maximum 48 times a day.  It is my understanding a display gets blocked after 100 refreshes in a day.

But everyday around 9am the screen shows the blocked notification and then I get the Failure Notification email.  Typically I go to the laptop and close the Chrome App and re-open and a short time later the display comes back to life and I get the recovery notification.

Any thoughts or hints on how to successfully utilize a refresh and not have this consistent block?
