Display blocked after overscan settings

Please help! I tried numerous times to fix the overscan and now our display is blocked. We have parents coming in just a few hours and I need the display back online.

Actually, even faster:

The best option would be to create a new Display in the same Company, and assign that Display ID to the Display that is currently blocked.

A quick way to do that is to have the Chrome App Player running, open another instance of Chrome, go to http://localhost:9449/config, and enter the new Display ID.

Presto, everything should be fixed. Let me know how you make out!

I was told by someone else to create a new display ID so I deleted the old one. How can I stop the Chrome App from connecting to the old display ID?

You mean open another instance of Chrome from another PC?

You will need to follow the instructions outlined here to activate the new DisplayID on the media player.

No, it would have to be on that same Chromebox. So on that Chromebox, while the Presentation is running, you can press Ctrl + Esc on your keyboard, which will bring up the taskbar, then you can select the Chrome icon to start up a new instance of Chrome.

I'm stuck at the blocked screen, can't even use Ctrl+Esc to do anything.

Ok I rebooted again and it asked for my DeviceID again. Thanks all for the quick response. We are back online. Having a REAL hard time getting the overscan right on our Samsung TV.
