Clinica Hildebrand,

Can you provide some more information? Are you on a wired or wireless network? What Operating System does your media player run on? When you say it disconnects, what is the impact on your display? What do you see happening that makes this noticeable?
Hello
Rise Vision platform runs on a Windows 8.1 and is connected to the LAN. When you log off, the template stops working and opens the home page of Google.
In our template we put RSS feeds in the view of some strange characters appear.

Sorry to hear about your issue! Do you happen to have the Rise Player Chrome Extension installed along with Application Monitor?

If that is the case, I suggest you uninstall Application Monitor, and install our new Rise Player. You can find instructions on how to install this here.

As for the strange characters appearing in your RSS Feed, I have opened the same feed in my browser's RSS reader addon, and I am seeing the same characters. This may be an incompatible character that the RSS feed is using.
Thanks I try to install the application that you have shown me.
you have any advice on a feed alternative?

Thank you
Best regards

Hi there,

I'm not quite sure I understand.  Unless you're accessing RVA (the management interface) from the player itself, logging in or out shouldn't have any effect on the content showing on the player.
Also, can you provide a link to the presentation that is having the problem?

Thanks,

Matthew
