Is the Google Spreadsheet Gadget gone? When I try to edit existing presentations that contain the gadget, it doesn't let me modify any settings. When I create a new presentation, it calls it a widget and does allow me to change the settings.  Please Advise

Larry,

Yes, the Google Spreadsheet Gadget has been replaced with the Google Spreadsheet Widget.

When you say you're unable to change the settings on the widget, what settings are you referring to?

So I cannot access the settings on my Google Sheets Gadget anymore.  I am trying to access settings like row height, color, sheet source, etc.  Please let me know how I can access these settings again.

I am forced to use the gadget instead of the widget because of this major bug, which has not been fixed yet.  The bug was submitted in April, still no work on it yet.

Please do not retire the Google Gadget before you fix the Google Widget.

Hi Philip,

Can you try logging into your account from http://rvauser.appspot.com, or http://rva.risevision.com/ and let me know if you can access the configuration?

Hmm, the configuration can be accessed through both sites that you reference above, but not accessed through risevision.com (which redirects to rva.risevision.com).  All good now.
