I am completely new at this.  The dealership that I work in has several screens that were part of a major renovation project.  All the TVs are HD or 4K.  I started with the curved 4K screen.  When I plug in my Lenovo ideacentre Stick 300 (runs Windows 10), the resolution detected through the HDMI port is 1920x1080.  Even though the screen is capable of 3840x2160, I am okay with the 1920x1080.  When I installed the player, it is detecting the resolution as being 1280x720.  I'm not okay with this.  This resolution is way too small.  How do I get the resolution to be matching what Windows has?

Official Response
1. Does the Lenovo stick support 4K?

2. Make sure your presentation is set to the desired resolution
- Rise Vision editor, presentation properties

3. Check Windows 10 scaling settings
- Right-click on an empty space on your desktop and select Display settings towards the bottom of the context menu. Set the scaling slider
