Custom URL Placeholder No Longer Working

Greetings RiseVision Community,

I have been working on making a presentation with a placeholder that holds a Custom URL to an informational graphic about a solar panel: https://www.solarweb.com/Home/System/aed63e7d-3a5e-44ca-a6ff-a483017c06c3
It was working fine and great throughout the week, and then yesterday morning after having a different user in my sub-company make edits to the presentation it is no longer functioning! I have tried removing and re-adding the placeholder, adding it in a completely separate presentation, and attempting to embed the HTML in an HTML placeholder, but all have been unsuccessful thus far.

Has anyone else had any issues with Custom URLs? Any ideas or advice on how I might resolve this problem?

Quinton,

When I try to access that website it prompts me for a login username and password. Is this intended?

Quinton,

My apologies for missing this for so long. Is this still an issue for you?

It looks like the page you want to display requires authentication to access. We don't support any sort of authentication through player, so you would need to display this to a public website and display it using the Webpage Widget.

Oh no worries,

The URL is set to log in as a guest account, so it might have just been something involving that. We ended up using an alternative so this is no longer an issue!  Thanks for following up though
