Custom Google Spreadsheet - with conditional based on content

I am building out a conference agenda and am trying to use the spreadsheet to display the agenda. However, the agenda needs to be styled a bit more than just a table of data.

I believe I have the structure worked out by creating a custom html layout file as per the examples in gtihub.

My question is around conditional formatting. Using the menu example from the user doc page (https://help.risevision.com/user/cont...) for discussion purposes. Say I want to do an if/then against the type column of the menu data. Id like to look at the type column and change the formatting for example - if the content is Appetizer make the row background blue. (or similar).

I think I need to access the data that is being fed into the class="A" cell/div. I do not have a good grasp on calling the data.

Please advise.

Thx.

Hi David,

Unfortunately I don't think we can't dedicate a developer's time to answering this type of request and it would probably end up being a very long thread.  I'm not sure if there is anybody else in the community with that type of experience that might chime in.
