I have followed these suggestions on this strand https://community.risevision.com/rise_vision_inc/topics/how_do_you_set_up_a_display_using_a_cisco_dm... and the one listed within this strand.  I am continually getting a grey screen with a spinning loading animation.  Any suggestion on why this is, and how to resolve it?

Thank you.

Hi Patrick,
The thread was created a few years ago so the details will have changed. It looks like a Cisco DMP is using some sort of custom OS - please note that our recommended OS is Windows 10 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

So using the display URL is not an option as it was in that previous post?

In order for the display URL method you're describing to work you'll need a browser that's compatible with Rise Vision. I don't know what's embedded in the Cisco DMP units but I doubt it's Chrome. Cisco calls their browser "TVZilla". If you enable cookies on the DMP and allow it to cache content correctly (I think you have to explicitly allow both) it MIGHT play some content from RV correctly.

Okay, thanks for that information.  I will see what I can do going that route.  Thanks for the help.
