Couldn't Load Plugin - Adobe Flash error

Three of my displays came up with an all white screen in the middle it says "Couldn't load plugin"

All three of these were displaying Adobe Flash based content. Two of my displays using flash content are still running, but I haven't restarted them to see if I run into this same error. Appears it started happening this morning.

My displays are running the Risevision App on Windows 7 64bit Enterprise

So far I have tried the following troubleshooting:
The page works in Google Chrome on the same computer/account (flash works)
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Risevision Player from the latest download
I tried deleting the entire profile of the user that logs in to play content (completly wiped C:\Users\Username)
Then reinstalled Risevision player from the latest download

I'm unable to get to the plugins page on Chrome in Risevision player, I tried putting about:plugins in my schedule but it just gives me a blank page

Please follow the guide in this article in order to enable flash on Rise Player.

Umm another followup, is Windows 7 completely unsupported, I don't see any references to Windows 7 having support anymore? I have about 35 displays running on Windows 7, should I plan on upgrading them ASAP?

Also, does this mean Flash player won't get updates? If so will it be disabled by chrome when it gets out off date?

Here is what Windows company has to say about Windows 7: "Microsoft will stop mainstream support on January 12, 2015. But the company will keep providing extended support until January 14, 2020."

The countdown is on already...

I meant for Risevision, but yeah I'm in an industry where we ride the extended support pretty much until the end.

We'll be supporting Windows 7 until Jan 31 2018. You can read more about our supported OS' in this forum post.

Thanks!
