Hi,


My question is related to setting up Digital Signage Business using Rise Vision platform. How do we specify the uptime, downtime, SLAs in the contract with Client. Is there anything that Rise Vision recommends which will cover any downtime at Rise Vision, MyRisePlayer or at Storage?
