Content Triggering Based on Input Signals

Hello,

As is known with the Raspberry Pi and PLCs, it is possible to use GPIO interfaces to detect incoming signals.

Incoming signals could vary from anything such as light, motion, fire alarm detection, voice and the possibilities are endless.

We would like to trigger specific content on the detection of certain signals.

Is there a feature in the Rise Vision API that allows us to remotely trigger a presentation to begin?

Looking forwards,

It sounds like you're looking to mainly use GPI. Have you considered using keystrokes to select the content via a HUI interface? There's GPI -> HUI USB interfaces readily available. This makes your solution cross-platform compatible and will likely be easier to implement.

Hi there Tamar,

We do not have a feature in our API that would accomplish that.

Thanks!
