Complete noob hardware setup question

Hi all,
Hopefully a very simple question for one of you to answer.........
We have a semi redundant 42" samsung lcd tv fixed to the wall in our club, and I want to use it for some digital advertising / signage.
It looks like I've now found the software I need to do this, but still a little unsure on the hardware side of things.
Am I right in thinking that a Chromebox fitted to the TV, with a cat5 cable to a pc with the vision software installed would be all I need? There is currently no internet connection at the club, so would this setup still work?
Does the software send the final 'presentation' to the Chromebox for storage / playback, or does the pc need to be left on to stream?
Thanks for any advice :-)

Hi Dan,

If you have a Chromebox, that's actually all you need! Please see the documentation here. The Chromebox is a stand alone unit that connects directly to your display over HDMI.

Unfortunately to use Rise Vision you will need to have an active internet connection. This is how our player gathers all the content to display.
