Comparing status in old weather widget to new weather gadget

In this presentation, which uses the old weather gadget:
http://preview.risevision.com/Viewer.html?type=presentation&id=2c01e575-29f5-4900-bd2f-f47be9163...
The toronto custom address shows a dense fog current icon
However in the new, weather widget that is used here:
http://preview.risevision.com/Viewer.html?type=presentation&id=c8fe289e-f3f3-462b-80e7-d4477fbb4...
The toronto custom address shows a sprinkles current icon.
Is this because they use a different source? It seems to me that the old version has the correct information. Because I am looking outside my window and there is quite a lot of fog going on, but no precipitation...

There is also extremely slow loading for the new weather widget, and the png's I use are only bigger in dimensions, but actual half the size in kilobytes...I think it may be my layout document loading slow, because if I use the new weather widget as it is - it loads fine.

Ksenia,

I'll share this post with one of our Weather Widget developers and see if they have any input on the icons.

Ksenia,

Is it possible that you have named your images incorrectly in the new widget? Since this is a custom layout, there are a lot of variables at play.

I just double-checked, and no - they seem to have the same titles, all PNG's and their size on disk is smaller than the original widget images...Very strange- perhaps it is something to do with the way my presentation is set up? The widget settings I mean ? Because the icons do load, just extremely slow...and the first few seconds there is just a black bullet point appearing.

Ksenia,

Where are you hosting the images?

This is an example of one of the icon's absolute path:

Ksenia,

It's possible the loading times have something to do with your image hosting. Have you tried using the trial for our storage?
