Company Administrator Account Is Missing Content, Users, etc.

I created a RiseVision account last year, setup a few displays, presentations, and schedules.  Everything worked great and I delegated access to another user at my company.  That user continues to use the system and access features.  He asked me to delegate access to another user, but when I logged in to my account (the administrator account for our company), all of the settings, content, users, etc. are gone.

I also note that the company name has reverted to [My E-Mail Address]'s Company, rather than the actual company name (which I'm certain I configured last year.)  This is also true for the user whose account remains active with access to all of our content/displays.

Could my account have been deactivated because I didn't login for over 9 months?  What else could be wrong?

Please help me to access this company administrator account and all of the related content/settings.

Thanks!

Hi there SatisfiedUser,

We don't deactivate accounts for inactivity, I suspect there is something else up. Can you please email support@risevision.com from the email account you used to create this company, and the company name? We'll try and get this sorted out for you right away.
