It would be nice to create a json file with displayid and a value of the display id and upload that to the Google App Management part and deploy it to an OU. That way for a sign you do not have to type it in if the chrome device is not in the same room as the monitor. Then the machine can register itself.

I wholeheartedly second this exact idea (or one similar). It'd be great if it could reference the device ID somehow (not sure if that's possible).

It would be nice for this to have the json file to also have the vaules for the Display Control.
