Schedule is set correctly in RV but showing white then going to black. We use the chrome app player to extend graphics across a 2x8 videowall. When i go to play it in preview mode as well, it shows me a white backdrop as well.  Could it be something with storage?

Joe,

Is there a reason that ph0 is set to a resolution of 0x0?

JPC,

It looks like your PUD Placeholder setting was set for ph0, and that placeholder did not have "Visible" checked. We've released a fix for this, and you should see resolution to your problem. You may need to clear your browser cache for this to take effect.

Blake,

I cleared the cache and still same issue.  It was running fine yesterday and we noticed the issue when we came in this morning.  So i'm not sure what is causing this issue now. We are still down.

Joe,

I'm able to display this presentation locally, so I think the problem has to do with your media player. I've noticed that you're running on an old version of the Rise Player Chrome Application. Could you uninstall that by navigating to chrome://apps, then right clicking Rise Player and clicking uninstall? After that, install the new Rise Player Chrome Application from here.

JPC,

Can we set up a remote access session so I can take a look at what's going on? Just shoot an email over to support@risevision.com and in the body put ATTN: Blake, I'll respond with some instructions. Thanks.
