Change Display ID on a rise display from the terminal

I have six small factor zotac boxes I need to install the rise player on. on the first box, I installed the rvplayer via ssh from desk and it is running and displaying the default Rise display. My question is, can I go in after the fact and update some config file or something with the display ID I choose? I could not enter it at the time of set up because I set it up from a terminal and had no graphical access to the window where you would typically enter the display ID. If I have to remove each one of these and hook them up to a keyboard and mouse and whatever just to enter that display ID it is going to turn a 2 hour job into a two week job.

You can modify the ID within the RiseDisplayNetworkII.ini file. It would be located in the rvplayer folder under the home folder.

Thanks!

Where do I find where the display id is stored on linux? I am trying to troubleshoot why none of my players are working so I am trying to get a player working on my desktop. Long ago I assigned a display ID "demo" before I knew you had to register first on rva. Now when I try to go to http://viewer-test.appspot.com/ it complains that "The Display ID, demo was not found". I have blown away my chromium config, reinstalled chromium, and grep'd through all the files in my home directory and I can't find where the player is storing the ID. Does anybody have any ideas?

Which version of player are you running? Native or Chrome App Player?

Well, I had installed the chrome extension recommended when you go to  http://www.risevision.com/player/ but apparently that is completely different from the Chrome App Player (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/rise-vision-chrome-app-pl/mfpgpdablffhbfofnhlpgmokokbahooi), which seems to work like a charm. Well, except for the original problem I am trying to troubleshoot where nothing but a white screen is displayed. But now that I looked at it a little more, it's very important to change the presentation status from "revised" to "published".
