Hi Gursharn,
Which operating system are you using? If it's Windows 10,  he zoom settings in your magnifier may need to be adjusted. Click Start, and then search for ‘Magnifier’ on your drive. Make sure the slider is set to 100%.you will need to check the zoom

Gursham,

Another thing to make sure of would be that your Display is set to the same resolution as the Presentation. When I look at the image you shared above, I noticed the resolution of the Display is reporting 640x480. If your Presentation is 1920x1080, that explains only seeing the top left side of the Presentation :).

Once you set that Display to be 1920x1080 in the Operating System settings, you should be good to go.

Thanks!

Why the resolution of this player is so small? 640 X 480? I am pretty sure this display is 1920 X 1080. Here is what I am thinking is going on. You made your presentation at 1920 X 1080 and pushed it to a player set to 640 X 480. Naturally 1920 X 1080 does not fit all within 640 X 480. This is why you are seeing it cropped.
