Hi Adrian,
The resolution that you see on the Displays app will be the same as the resolution in the media player.  To set the resolution, you will need to change it on the media player itself.

It's also good to set it so that the resolution is the same as the presentation's.  For example if you are creating a 1980x1020 presentation, make sure that it's also the resolution on the media player.

Thanks,

How I set the resolution on the media player. Windows show the resolution as 1920 x 1080 but the risevision player is getting it wrong at 1280 x 720

Go to display settings in your player and check the 'zoom' slider. I bet it is set to a larger scale than 100%. Just slide it all the way back to 100%

Adrian,

Are the players connected to the same make/model of display/TV?
