Hello,
Unless I'm totally wrong, I'm sure that previously, once a placeholder contained several video items, it was mandatory to specify manually each exact video duration since the play until done was not matched with multiple videos.
Today, during an internal training, a user shown me that he had another experience using the video widget. All his widgets from the placeholder are marked with duration 'Play until done' and they play successfully in a raw each from the start to the end.
Is that the expected behavior ? Was there a change with the new video gadget ?
I would appreciate a confirmation and if it is confirmed, it is fantastic ....
Thanks.

Theirry,

That is correct, in fact that PUD functionality has been around for quite some time with the Video Widget.

All you have to do is add the Video Widget to your Presentation, select that video or video folder from Rise Storage (or enter the link to your third party video), and set that item to be Play until Done in the Placeholder settings. All your videos will play until completed!

Let us know if you have any issues with your videos and Play Until Done.

Thanks!

Thanks for the precision but the most wonderful is that it even works for non Risevision storage content. We use an external DAM (Digitial Asset Management) and the behavior is the same. Play until done is matched.
Very excellent.
Thanks to the Risevision team for that job.
