Cenique Player - "not installed"

I have a new Cenique player.  Using the Claim ID I'm able to add it to my rise vision account.  I've added a presentation to it using the scheduler.  However the player does not show anything.  The player itself keeps asking for a Dispaly ID or the Claim ID....each time I use the Claim ID it adds a new player - I've removed the duplicates.

Suggestions?

Hello Max,

We recommend using the Display ID.
Under the Display menu item, create and name a new Display.
Instructions for creating a Display:

The Display ID is found about half way down the page and is a 12 digit ID including letters and numbers.

On the Cenique media player start the Rise Vision App and click on the 'Rise Vision Display ID' menu item. Enter the Display ID and the media player will connect to your Rise account, and the associated Schedule and Presentation(s).
