Cenique nano players freeze

We are using some old cenique nano player with the risevision app running to display a dashboard from our website, we use about 10 of them. It's been working great until today when they started freezing the content from time to time. After a reboot, they are working for an hour or two, then freezes again. The cenique hardware is functional, but it does not update the content.

So I checked their status on our risevision page, all red.. It seems like they are loosing the connection to risevision somehow after a while. 

Do you know what could have couse this kind of problem? Or have you released any updates lately?
