Cenique C410 device scheduled reboot network connection lost

We have some devices (Cenique C410) that loose their network connection and never come back online after the Scheduled Reboot (daily @ 3AM). I've tried switching out the devices and that didn't fix the issue. Any suggestions on what could be causing the problem and how to address it?

I've contacted the Cenique help desk as well. I was hoping someone else had experienced something similar and could give me insight into a possible solution.
