Can't add a user. "Duplicate Username" error

I would like to collaborate with a co-worker on our signage but, when I go to add his google account to my users, the system reports "Duplicate Username".

I think this is because we both independently were evaluating RiseVision and created our accounts.

How do I bring his account into my company?

The only way is to delete the original user and recreate them. More info on this can be found on this blog post.

Can you provide more detail as to what isn't working? If you're seeing a duplicate username error when adding a user, it is because they're already existing in another company. They'll need to delete their user account first before being able to be added to a different company.

No they were in the same company. I deleted them to re-create them because it was not working. Now I can't add them because it says duplicate user.

Can you email support@risevision.com with the username you're trying to add (and what company you're trying to add it to) so we can take a look at it?

I found the user was already in a different company. If you would like, I can delete this user account, and then you can add them to your account.

I am having the same issue, I get the duplicate user error but he is not in my list of users. I do I find him and delete him so I can get him set up?

Can you please email me at support@risevision.com with the username that you're trying to add, as well as the company you're trying to add it to? The subject line should be FYI Blake.
