Can't see my presentations or displays

Greetings,

I can't see displays or presentations. I'm using google chrome. I'm trying to reload my player and can't get to it in the dashboard. I've tried logging in on two different computers with the same result.

Can you confirm that you're signed in using the same account that you've used previously?  If you signed in with a different Google account that could place you into a different company account.  Were you have a welcome message when you signed in?  Can you try clearing your browser's cache and try signing in again?

If you're still having difficulty, can you confirm that you're using the latest version of Chrome?  Could you also let us know what operating system you're using?

Yes. I've signed in using the same username/pw. It brings me to the blank screen as shown in the phot. I'm currently using OSX 10.8.4 but i have also tried on my pc using windows 7 enterprise.

When I go looking for the company your user account belongs to and compare it with the company id that shows in the bottom left of your screenshot, they are different.

I have seen recently where Google has changed a person's email, and as a result this would affect access to your company.  When you're signed in, can you verify whether it is the same account spelling?  You can see your name listed at the top right.

I tried sending an email to one of the user accounts that I believed to be the proper account as a way to confirm what I'm seeing.

I hadn't seen a reply to that as of yet in order to verify that what I'm seeing is the proper account. If it was a situation like I described in a previous reply, you would have received the email regarding it.

Just to be on the safe side, can you check your junk folder to ensure it didn't wind up there?
