Can't publish to the display

I made some changes to one of my presentations, saved and published but it does not come up on the display. What is on the display is the presentation from several days ago. If there are any thoughts on what I can check it I would appreciate the help.

Hi there,

You could try refreshing your schedule by clicking the 'save' button beside the schedule you are working with.

Have you tried restarting your media players both on the Displays dashboard and manually as well?

Thank you Ashleigh. I tried both those things... now we can't log into Risevision. The app seemed to take forever to load. Not sure where the problem is.

We've been having this problem since last Friday.

Otherwise, does launching RV in an incognito window work? To log in using an Incognito window, find the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner of your browser and click on them.  From the drop down menu, select 'New Incognito Window'.  Now log in again and let me know if this resolves the issue for you.

Additionally, can you forward your company ID and the name of the presentation you are trying to display?

Thanks for the tips.

Here's what I've done. I started by clearing the cache and cookies on the chrome browser and restarting the device. That seems to have worked! However, you had several other good ideas that are worth pursuing. I'm currently checking the firewall to make sure all the sites you listed are whitelisted. Thank you for all your help.
