Can't Access Library

I am trying to clean out (delete) old files in my Rise library.  When I select "Open in storage app" ...since I can't seem to delete in the default screen I get a screen that seems to market me on "buying" the library...and I have.  However, there is a "sign in" link, so I go that and after clicking on my name I get a 400 error

I'm not exactly sure I follow what is going on. Can you please list the steps your taking to end up at this error? Are you logged into more than one gmail account on this browser?

Only logged into one.  

  1. Go go library - no icon to delete file
  2. go to link in upper left - "open in storage app"
  3. ....and as I type it out step by step so you can see...it works after not working more than 4X in a row.

I take that back...it's still not working.  WHen I "open In storage app" it goes to my main company library and not the sub company i'm in...even though I pay for several libraries each month...including this one.

nevermind again.  It turns out when it does work you just have to go all the way back through picking the sub company etc.  A little cumbersome, but I get it now.

Update:  This  is actually not working quite often.  We tried again to delete files and we can't because when we go to the library and click "open in storage app" (upper left) we get an error.

I'm not able to replicate this issue. Can you tell me what widget you're clicking "Open in storage app" from?

From the presentation/image/library/open in storage app. I can't replicate it at the moment.  It is working again.  I can say this happens a lot and persistent trying will eventually get you in.

When you say image, is is from the image item, widget, or folder?
