Cannot log into my google account - can I have my Rise Vision account associated with a different google gmail account?

This is Jeff Siler of CSRA Multimedia.

For some reason, I cannot log into the original google account I had created that I used to log into my risevision account. I have recently created a couple of gmail accounts, and I can log into those.

Is there a way for you to associate my existing rise vision account with a different gmail account?

My original account was jeff@csramultimedia.com

The new ones are jeffsiler2013@gmail.com and jeffsiler1958@gmail.com

Jeff,

When I look at your Company, it shows that you last logged in using jeff@csramultimedia.com on 6/25/2013, and your account is still active. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and trying to log in with that account to see if that solves the issue?

Would you prefer I add those two accounts you have listed above to the CSRA Multimedia Company?

I just tried clearing cache in Chrome to no avail. It appears that in the process of creating those accounts that my original got mushed in some how. I have it set up as the recover email; do you think that might be the issue?

Yes, go ahead and add the others. Will I have my original admin rights to everything I've created?

No I use my risevision.com Google Apps email as well as a few Gmail accounts for testing for everything, recovery, logging in, etc, and I've yet to run into an issue.

I can add those accounts to CSRA Multimedia, but it will be 1 MILLION DOLLARS to give them admin rights.

Just kidding, they have admin rights and you can log in with them now :).

I now have the same problem... I created a gmail address to go along with the rest of my google account. Now every time I log into google (even with the old email address that I used when I set up all my rise vision stuff), Google defaults it back to the gmail email address which does not sucessfully log me into rise vision. So, I guess I willl need my new gmail address to become an admin on my account too. New Google login Email: DrRobertJHerman@gmail.com and original Rise Vision account under DrHerman@DrHermanBraces.com

Doc, it'll drive you nuts sometimes when you have more than one gmail account. I've ran into this a few times. If you log out of all browser tabs that had gmail showing and log into gmail in the correct account it should work. As Neal sats cleaning the cache out should help as well.

Hi Robert,

Can you please email support@risevision.com with the name of the original company that was involved.

Also, can you provide some information within the company, such as a Sampling of Presentation Names, Displays Names, Schedules Names, etc that may help to verify you with this company?

Hi Robert,

We received the email, but I was hoping that you could provide an additional layer of verification.  Can you provide the name of one of your Presentations? (you can email it to support@risevision.com).

Thanks for the additional information. I have moved the Gmail account over to the appropriate company.

Regarding the problem involving Picasa, we do have a bug open for it. I don't have a date as to when it will be fixed at this time, but as soon as it is, we'll let everybody know.

I've dropped an email to support still awaiting reply, my Google account changed and It created me a @gmail account from @sky (sky changed to yahoo provider) and I can't switch it back to @sky to login it uses @gmail automatically.

Hi Reece,

I do apologize, but I didn't see any previous mention from you in the forum regarding this.

I'm sure you can understand that we can't just blindly add users to other accounts. Would you mind emailing support@risevision.com with some information from that account that we could use to help verify you? Details such as Presentation and Display names, etc. If there are other users in that account, they could add you as well.

Glad to see I'm not the only one that has done this.  I just emailed support.  My original google account is deleted and I have a new one I need associated to the risevision account.
