Cannot Sign In

I cannot sign in. Every time I click on "sign in" and select my account same as always, nothing happens. The screen reverts back to original request for sign in. Can you help?

Hi Yvonne,

I'm able to sign in fine here and we aren't getting any reports of widespread issues at this time.   Can you first try logging in using an incognito window to see if you experience the same issue? To log in using an Incognito window, find the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner of your browser and click on them.  From the drop down menu, select 'New Incognito Window'.  Now log in again and let me know if this resolves the issue for you.

I'm getting this issue also. I've tried clearing cache and using incognito in chrome with no luck...any developments on this?

Having the same issue too.  I cleared all history, cookie, password etc even tried in 'Incognito Windows' but happening the same.  I even tried on different browser but the same result.

Thanks for jumping in with your issues as well!  Apparently while not widespread, there is an issue currently going on with authentication in some instances with the Google platform.  We are investigating this now and I'll provide an update here as soon as I know more.

Thanks! So glad to hear I am not the only one with the issue. I also cleared cache, tried different browser. But did not try incognito. Please keep me posted as I still cannot get log in.
