I need to make an urgent update to our display, however, when I logged into https://apps.risevision.com I could no longer see any of my presentations or displays. My company ID is not the same. Either something changed with Gmail or my original email login, because It looks like Risevision is recognizing my login as a new account. I have tried multiple browsers and computers. I have followed the steps of opening an Incognito Window in Chrome. Nothing is working and I cannot access our presentations or display for Company ID.
