Cannot login to account, redirected to a New-Signup

I need to make an urgent update to our display, however, when I logged into https://apps.risevision.com I could no longer see any of my presentations or displays.  My company ID is not the same.  Either something changed with Gmail or my original email login, because It looks like Risevision is recognizing my login as a new account. I have tried multiple browsers and computers. I have followed the steps of opening an Incognito Window in Chrome.  Nothing is working and I cannot access our presentations or display for Company ID.

Temporary Google authentication problems perhaps. You gonna need to wait it out.

Hi Harold,

If you have the correct Company ID that does have your correct account details, email that CID to support@risevision.com, and we'll sort out your login issue.

Thanks all for the input. RiseVision resolved the problem by associating the Gmail email address with our Company ID, as our Company ID was only associated with our company email address prior to the problem.
