hi, I am trying to install the new 64 bits player and got a problem with the previous one I have followed the process with Chrome apps and removed the previous player but the new one does not want to start. Please help.

Hi there Guy,

During the installation when you are entering in your Display ID, you are asked if you want to include the Player in the Start Up Process of the device, can you confirm that is checked:



At the end of the installation, it will ask you if you want to start the Rise Vision Player. Do you see that screen at the end of the installation?:
