Cannot install client anymore, display unusable.

Below is the installer log.
Can you help to reinstall this display again?
Says 404 not found at the end. The same installer Worked Ok back in march 2016.

I just wanted to let everyone know that we discovered that the reason for this was that an older version of the Player installer was being used. If you find this message when you are trying to install from an older downloaded version of the installer, we strongly suggest downloading the latest version from https://help.risevision.com/user/create-a-display.

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply.

Yes indeed it was an older installer.
However I am unable to use the new installer because the OS on the
micro PC is Windows FLP.

Is there a solution that will work on the current hardware?

Can you install new OS? OEM Windows 10 Pro license costs ~$30, which would be cheaper then buying new devices.

We've never tested on Windows FLP since we only support Windows 10 and 7. Is there a specific error that occurs when you try to run the new installer on this device?

I did a bit of research, and I discovered that WinFLP is based on Windows XP Embedded, which we don't support since it is no longer supported by Microsoft since 2014.

I think your best bet would be to get a newer OS such as Windows 10, or see if it is possible to Linux on this device.
