Cannot access risevision (infinite scroller)

I used to be able to login to RiseVision via the chrome app or just by signing in. Now when I get signed in (via Google Account) I get an infinite scroll wheel. There is no way to close it at all. I see there is a red button to complete registration (which I had seemingly done, but I can't remember for sure). Here is a link that has a gif to show what I mean. I have tried clearing my cache and browser completely (both firefox, chrome and safari) and nothing seems to fix it. Thankfully I don't have anything critical on there I need to use, but I was just getting ready to get some of our displays setup. Does anyone know of a way to fix this?

Do you have any other google accounts that are logged in on your box? We sometimes have unexpected errors when multiple accounts are logged in.

Nope. Issue occurs wether a user is signed in or not. I'm going to revoke account access and re-accept it to see if that fixes it.

And that didn't work at all. If anyone is Rise see's this, can you please just completely delete my account so I can try and start fresh.

Hi Zack,
Can I please check with you if third party cookies are blocked?

While in Chrome:  Navigate to chrome://settings/
Select Show Advanced Settings...

Under Privacy:
Select Content Settings
Verify Allow local data to be set (recommended) is selected
Verify that Block third-party cookies and site data is not selected

Also check that third-party cookies are not blocked due to the firewall.

I can go ahead and delete the account but wanting to check with you on the above, and also what is your Company name? Thanks.

I have all cookies allowed. Looking at it the console I get a "Connection Reset" which sounds like our firewall is blocking the cookie site. When I try at home it works perfectly. So hold up on my hasty decision to try to fix it. I ended up going home with a pulled muscle in my back. I will do some more testing in the morning.

It could be, if in doubt here's the network requirements page but it also covers resources for Rise Player to access https://help.risevision.com/user/advanced/display/network-requirements (which may be useful down the track).
