Can live streaming camera display within Rise Vision's player?

I have a live camera feed here:
http://10.89.0.128/en/index.html

I need to get this live stream to display on a Rise Vision player, but when I use the html widget, nothing happens. It does play fine within the Chrome browser itself, so I would expect it to work within RV, but it does not.

http://preview.risevision.com/Viewer.html?type=presentation&id=155cba5b-3d59-4208-b3e7-e678db422...

Any clues?

Thanks,
Robert

I do not even get it to play in browser. Is it on local network only?

Duh ... if it's local, then the Chromebox it's playing on is local also. So that shouldn't matter right?

(I did try it on my iPad at home, and it didn't work, but that could be a lack of Flash issue also.)

Unless hosting the presentation that contains the local stream on RV's servers  is introducing a 'foreign' element  when it's served back to me. Does that make sense?

Thanks!

Well it does matter. I assume that stream is a webpage hosted on a local network. In that case you need exact address to the webpage file. I did not have much luck making RV to reach file on a local network or I do not remember because it was long ago I played with that. I know it worked well when I hosted page on the same machine and used address like that: "C:\Users\DariusA(your main acc user name)\Desktop\noxframe\index.html" I hope that will give you ideas.

No way you can host it on some server?

I'm getting into a little unfamiliar territory here perhaps.
It's a Sony IPELA camera. The feed comes over the network straight from the camera. That address is supposedly the camera's address itself, not a web site.

I don't have any sites besides RV  to host it from, unfortunately.

In your other related post you stated the address as 'http://10.89.0.128/en/index.html"

So, camera does create 'webpage'. I am not familiar wit that particular camera, but can you in the settings make it publish to a remote host instead of local? Anyway, as Blake stated: "if it's flash based it's not going to work in Rise Player," then if that is the case, you not gonna make it work after all.
