Can I have Rise Vision Running on a Pi taking half the screen, and another program running using the other half?

So my idea is this.  It my sound crazy.   I have made a prototype already, but I haven't quite got this thing where I want it.   It's a mobile charging station with a raspberry pi built into it.  Currently it just runs a presentation acting as digital signage.  The original idea was to display information specific to the location it was placed.  I want to take this up to a different level.  I want to add the ability to play some arcade games.  Something to pass the time while your phone charges.  However, I didn't want to loose the digital signage part of it.

So here is my question.  Is there any way to have a program running and have a presentation play over only part of the screen? Or would I be further a head to just try and go with two screens?

Anything to point me in the right direction is appreciated.   I realize this may be more of a raspberry question than a rise vision one.

Jordan,

I love this idea!

The short answer as it stands is no, we don't have a player that supports a windowed mode. However, since our player is completely open source, it's entirely possible to do whatever you would like to with it, including running it in a window. You can find all of our projects on github, but I have the suspicion you will probably be mostly interested in our chrome app player.

Make sure you keep us updated on your progress, this is just the type of project I could really get excited about.
