We update an html page every minute, to give up-to-the-minute updates to our users.
But when we try to load this in a web page widget, it caches and doesn't show the updates.
How can we disable cacheing on a presentation?

We have it set to refresh every one minute, and unload when not visible - but it still caches in Chrome. If I load the link below in Safari, it doesn't cache, but it does in Chrome. Any ideas?

We update this every 60 seconds, but it may take 15 minutes or longer to update on risevision.

Love the stock photo, that's exactly the number tickets that we use.
We can't use the sheets widget, we have a system that tracks our guests and automatically builds a new html file every 30 seconds to update the number. But Risevision caches the file and won't update for about 15 minutes.

Wayne,

Does that occur even when using the HTML Widget?

Yes. HTML widget or Web page widget.

It gives the same behavior in preview on Chrome on my Mac, safari, or on my chrome box player.

I need it to refresh every time the presentation loads throughout the schedule.

Wayne, try this: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1341089/using-meta-tags-to-turn-off-caching-in-all-browsers in HTML Widget.

Have you tried this on supported player? BTW preview is not accurate representation of how elements would perform in your presentation. You need to see this on an actual player that is not Chromebox, but officially supported player for Windows or Linux OS.

If you do not mind sharing the link to this webpage, I could try this for you today on my Windows test machine.
