blank page after logging in

When I log in to my account, I only get a blank white page.  I've been using the product for about a year now with no issues, but now I can't log in to edit my presentations.  Help!  

I searched and saw someone else had the same issue, and it was solved by Rise Vision undoing some changes they made to the website.  Did someone "redo" these changes?

Hi there,

Can you tell me what browser you're using, and it's version? If you're using Chrome, can you try using incognito mode to access Rise Vision?

I'm using Chrome version 44.0.2403.155 (64-bit).  I also tried Safari with the same result.  Switching to incognito mode with Chrome and I can now access my presentations.  Do you think it's an extension that could be causing the problem?
