Hi Gartree,

Just like my colleagues have indicated, that is the best way.  If you want to know of an alternative, you can save each slide as an image instead of saving the whole presentation as a video.  If you use Rise storage, you can save the images in a folder on your computer, then upload that folder to Rise storage.  Then use the Image Folder widget and point to that folder to play the images.

In our Comapny (still evaluating RiseVision), the idea is to save the PowerPoint in a video format. It available built-in from Office 2010.
Pros:
- Keep the Powerpoint animation
- You can even embed videos (but I don't recommand it for large and multiple videos)
Cons

- The video produced is in WMV format only. A tool must be used to convert in WebM or MP4 (we use http://format-factory.en.softonic.com/). This may may be a bit heavy process especially if your PowerPoint is often updated
- The size of the video may be rapidly large

Another alternative is to create your slide presentation directly using Google Drive and Slide and to embed it with the HTML. See http://blog.risevision.com/user-tips-and-tricks-adding-a-google-presentation-to-your-rise-vision-pre....
The CONS is that the presentation has to be publish as being available to anyone on the Internet knowing the link.
