Being logged in as wrong user

Having a VERY big issue.

I attempt to login to my RiseVision account and when I do, I am logged in as a different user, with a different email address and a different company!

So I login with my email address. 

But when logged in I'm shown as a different user with an account. It IS an account that has access to the account, but it's certainly not the user I'm trying to log in with.

This is happening in Chrome in an Incognito window. It's also happening in FireFox with Private Window as well as Safari. 

It's worth noting that I reformatted this machine last week and have not visited ANY RiseVision pages from FireFox or Safari (Safari has not been used for anything more than downloading Chrome since the format).

I have orders pending and can't login to see them, let alone fulfil them.

Anybody else having this issue?

I do not see that email address associated with any companies on the Rise Vision platform. Can you confirm that is registered as a user in a company?

I think I figured out your problem, I sent you a separate email with what I think is causing the issue. Let me know if that resolves it.
