Ok running Rise player 2.0.035 on the device powering the display.  I have Windows on my station that I work on to make the posts to the display.  I have not used it for a year because the display was not dependable.  Getting back on now.  My templates are all still there on the web.  Can I use Firefox on my workstation to edit the templates or do I still need Chrome?   I have a different workstation an that compounds the problem.  What do I need to do to get back up and running?

Use Chrome.  Install Chrome and log in with your Gmail address.

More detail to my answer, use Chrome Browser to log into your Rise Vision account so you can manage your displays.

Hi there Asu!

I would recommend downloading and installing the latest version of our Player from here on the Media Players that are going to be designated as your Displays.: https://help.risevision.com/user/create-a-display.

All editing of your Presentations can be done at https://apps.risevision.com. You can attend a webinar to go over how to use Rise Vision by signing up here: https://www.risevision.com/webinars/

I hope that helps!
