New to RiseVision, Has anyone in this community successfully used this service to pull active or dynamic metrics from a phone switch? In particular, I'd like to have my call centers view real time statistics, such as 'Speed to Answer' 'Calls in Que' or simply 'Active Agents'?
I'll be very interested to see the replies from other users in the community here as well! We have the ability to show custom HTML content using Rise Vision and this is a great example of how that feature could be used. Like I said - it will be great to hear from other users regarding your question.
