Are you having problems logging into Rise Vision? We need your feedback!

Good day to our amazing community!

Recently, we have had a few users express to us that they are having trouble logging into Rise Vision. When there is an issue like this, we love to hear from our customers so we can look into getting it resolved! Unfortunately, most of the users experiencing this issue didn't respond to our requested further investigation, and we can't get the information needed to replicate the issue. We would love to get some more information from users that are experiencing this.

If you have an issue logging into your Rise Vision account, or are experiencing a "log in loop" where you log into your account, and we bring you right back to another log in prompt, please let us know! Any information is appreciated, but the following items would be extremely helpful as well:
  • Rise Vision email address you are logging in with
  • A screenshot of the entire browser Window after the log in loop
  • A screenshot of your installed extensions (can be accessed at chrome://extensions)
  • A screenshot of your Cookie settings (can be access at chrome://settings/content)
Additional information such as browser and browser version would be appreciated as well.

I am not certain if this is the same issue that I was having before (I have had no issues since we were able to resolve that and have heard nothing else from any other users in my company).

That said, I have seen the "create account" and the empty drop down when I click on my account from the Store page. The Store still functions fine, and I have had no issues with the Editor or Storage.

I do not know if this is at all related, but as it sounds like the current issues are similar to the ones that I had been seeing I wanted to let you know.
