Hi , I am new in this comunity, I'm looking for a system to create a system for use with rise vision atm i have a MXQ that uses amlogic processor, and for video playback it plays well however sometimes it freezes, what system do u recommend for use Android, i was thinking in rk3188 with 2GB at least, but some persons says that amlogic is better and I am afraid if I buy new sticks or android tv's it would start to freeze everytime.

Well here is something i always tell people. Dont buy the cheapest android boxes and be sure its a good manufacture. That being said here are the manufactures i tend to buy from.

Minix
Tronsmart
Rikomagic
ugoos
Beelink
Amazon fire tv
Nexus Player

These are the ones at least i have played with. Plus theres custom roms fo most these manufactures and someone is always fixing issues with them. I would also start looking at android 5.1 devices because 4.4 is becoming obsolete. Also 2g ram with 8g storage is also a plus. Rockchip and Amlogic are the best two to use with boxes. Also be sure not to buy boxes with power buttons. Those dont turn on after power failure. You have to do it manually.  I also prefer boxes over sticks. Sticks can overheat and thats something you dont want to happen to often.

Anyway hope this helps.

I invested many hours on this problem, android box and smart tv does not have Good performance with risevision. Dont use amlogic processor mini pc , it does not have enough capability. Use a míni pc with Intel atom z3735 at least with Ubuntu or windows instead of android. I use melé brand míni pc, is more quality device

I haven't had much issues with video. You just got to be aware that some videos need to be either MP4 or webm because some play one or the other better. Plus people think 1080p video should be what there using when in reality you need to be using 720p or even 480p. The reason I say this is because your placeholder is usually smaller than 1280x720 unless your doing full screen video. Having a 720p or 480p video is less taxing on any device especially when it loads in the rotation. It's also smaller in file size and loads faster as well.

My next point is webview. Android 5.0 and above webview is being Updated by the play store. If you have issue with something it's best to update webview from the play store so that it can fix those issues. On android 4.4.2 device and below your going,to have more issues because the webview library is static and is on chrome v30 or v20. We do have a chrome library that helps bring the webview up on those devices but it's just to prolong there life until we decide to no longer update them.

I would also add that the device might have an updated firmware because that's something else I do if I have an Issue with my device.
