We use Rise Vision with the Amazon Firebox. Most of the TVs we use give us no issues running the program. However, one TV often gives us an error message when it is turned on: Amazon Appstore: unknown error. An error occurred. Please download this app again from the Amazon Appstore. (The presentation plays in the background the whole time this message is displayed.) We don't have to re-download the app; we just have to hit OK and restart the app. Any ideas on why this is happening and what we can do to prevent it from happening again? Thanks in advance.
