Hi, I was wondering if someone could assist. I have been looking at how we migrate our presentations over to the new editor.

We currently have 34 different locations and each of those have a presentation, which contains an RSS feed related to that centre and also embedded presentations. We have structured our presentations based on the type of customer who attends that site and have 4 presentations that contain all the material. We have then embedded some/all of those presentations in each of the 34 sites presentations.

When we wish to maintain material, all we need to do is maintain the playlist on each of the 4 presentations and those then get applied - meaning we do not need to go into each sites presentation.

Can you advise what the alternative would be ?
Thanks,

Hi Tim,

I understand your situation. At this time, we don't have a long term solution, but you can still use Embedded Presentations along with the Classic Editor.

You can view an in depth post, and all of it's responses here. If you have any ideas, that would be the place to share them.

Thanks!

Thanks. I think for us as most of the content that we use embedded presentations for are images, we can create a folder Customer Type A Images, Customer Type A Videos, Customer Type B Images, Customer Type B Videos etc and maintain content in those folders and use the Image Folder and Video Folder widgets..

Tim, you could replace embedded presentations with custom webpages and use the Web page App to display the desired page.

Tim,

Just in case you haven't seen these.. I'd urge you to post your feedback in the thread and take the survey posted yesterday:
