all my displays disappeared

All Of my Displays have disappeared from the display section. Now all of my displays won't populate the new data sent. Does anyone have a resolution?

Our apologies JB, we are investigating why this issue occurred.

We have rolled back a recent change, and it appears that everything is now working as expected. Can you confirm that all your Displays are back?

How do customers know when Rise is making changes?   I checked your Announcements section but didn't see anything recent.  There must be some kind of change control / notification in place...?

Our apologies, this occurred as a side effect to something that we were working on that was not related. We're hoping that this is an anomaly and does not occur again.

The In Case You Missed it post  that we publish every Monday typically covers all notifications that we need our users to be aware of in regards to recent or upcoming changes.
