Hi

I created this presentation
http://preview.risevision.com/Viewer.html?type=presentation&id=f10c63a3-0de6-418f-a3f4-1e9e633d04fe
The video is uploaded to google storage. When i start the presentation it takes long time before start displaying the video, probably it is loading the whole video file before start playing the video.

Is there a way to let the video "stream" instead of loading the whole video so the video starts faster?

Thanks in advance for help
Regards

When I played the Presentation, the video started right up for me.

When you run the Presentation on a Display, the video will be cached to the Display and actually play from there so subsequent loads will be quicker.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Thanks.

Thanks Neal,

You wrote "so subsequent loads will be quicker". Could you advice how to do to achieve subsequent loads?

This is handled automatically by the Player.  The Windows and Linux players have a cache to store videos so that they are not constantly downloading.  Once the file is downloaded, the video should start up quicker than when it had to download it.

Thanks.
