I have an Acer Chromebox running the RiseVision Chrome Player. Acer is connected to a 65" 1920x1080 resolution LED TV with HDMI. Everything on my presentation comes up correctly on the display except the complete image is shifted up and to the left a few inches. Anyone know how to resolve this issue with the shifted image?

Can you give us more specific information about that image such as what exactly you were using to put that image there... is it a background image?.. is it a widget pulling that image?..

It is a complete risevision presentation. It has several widgets involved but everything as a whole is shifted up and left.

Can you give us preview link, too?

I just went into menu-picture-aspect ratio on the TV and set to 'Scan' versus 16x9 ratio. It did correct the shifting of the image. Now it isn't filling the whole screen and I have my presentation set to 1920 x 1080 which is the native resolution of the LED TV. I will play around with the presentation resolution now and see if I can get it to fill out the complete screen. Thanks

Just noticed by presentation size is not 1920x1080 but (1776x952). I think I can take it from here. Thanks again.
