account email change

I have been using an email with my risevision account but now the company name is about to change. My question is : how can i import all my data from a previous gmail to a new one ?
If not possible what other way around this I can do ..?

Are you losing access to that email account? If so, I would recommend adding another user to your account. That user should use your new email address, give it all the same rights as your current account.

I did create a new user account as admin, but when I logged in with the new account, I dont see any editing options I can use, no access to anything except view presentations.

PS : My main  goal is too find away to backup my company data from one email to a new one, since company name will be changing.

It sounds like you did not enable all of the permissions available for that user. Can you check that you have enabled all of them?

Its pretty straight forward, I just have to check the option I want to give to the new user.
I have done that ...Is there a way for :

Already tried that! even while checking all privileges to new user, no different result :/

I'm showing the last login for the p******w******n@gmail.com account was from 10/24/2014 at 11:25:53 AM EST. I think you have mistakenly created a new blank account for your email address instead of adding it to your current company.

Please email support@risevision.com from one of the two email accounts attached to the account you want your new user added to. Include the email address of the new account.
