I can log in with my application, and I am authorized, but now I am getting this response:

{
  "code": 403,
  "data": [
    {
      "domain": "usageLimits",
      "reason": "accessNotConfigured",
      "message": "Access Not Configured. The API (Rise Core API) is not enabled for your project. Please use the Google Developers Console to update your configuration.",
      "extendedHelp": "https://console.developers.google.com"
    }
  ]

What am I missing about configuring my application or enabling the api for my project?

Eli,

I'm going to need some more context. What is your application? Is it a widget?

Eli,

Can you tell me what you're trying to accomplish here? Be as specific as possible about your project and where this response is located.

Right now I am only trying to get one api call to work, core.display.list. Once we get that working we will evaluate what we will do going forward. So, it's more for a proof of concept.  We want to build our own custom application that uses Rise Vision on the back end only.
I have one page right now that is pretty much taken right from the Rise Vision demo pages that does a call to the api. The oauth stuff seems to be working. You can see my test page at http://risevision.taylorek.com.

Eli,

I ran this by a couple of our developers, and they seem to think there may be an issue with your configuration. One of the devs pointed out this github bug report, and suggested you enable the Google+ and Contacts APIs. Hope this helps!

It is still not working. Could it be that google+ is disabled for my organization?

Eli,

That is possible. That would be something you would need to contact your organization administrator to investigate.
